U.P.S. Shipments &
Freight Line Shipments
Shipments are F.O.B. origin. In
other words you are responsible for the freight charges. Title to
the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common
carrier, at that time you are obligated to pay for the merchandise.
Payment for claims of damage or loss will come to you from the
