White E.P.D.M. Rubber Roofing has been a permanent solution to low slope or flat roofing problems for over thirty years. In the last ten years mobile home owners have found this new roof system to be a versatile answer to the needs of their homes. The reflective qualities of white E.P.D.M. rubber keeps your home much cooler in the summer as well as preventing the condensation in the attic cavity that comes with extreme temperature swings. The white rubber complements another very important feature of our roof system, the 2" or 3" board insulation we use under the rubber to keep your home warm in the winter. By preventing extreme temperature swings with white rubber we don't have to worry about the board insulation warping or curling up. E.P.D.M. rubber is maintenance free, you never need to coat this roof. E.P.D.M. also comes with a ten year limited warranty.

E.P.D.M. Rubber is sold in widths of 9', 11', 13', 15', 17', 18'. Custom lengths are available up to 200'. Allow one foot of overhang on the width and one foot overhang on the length of rubber so you have material to work with. On center peaked roofs you may want to allow a two foot overhang. Measure the width of your roof to be sure.
*Splice adhesive is available for joining two sheets together on double wide mobile homes or room additions. Bonding adhesive or deck adhesive is available for R.V. applications.
